Ute abandoned, burned out

A quiet Sunday night on the outskirts of Ararat had the potential to end in disaster when an allegedly stolen vehicle was abandoned and set ablaze next to the Jacksons Creek Road railway crossing, within only a few metres of long, overgrown dry grass alongside the road and railway line.
