St Arnaud swimmers shine in Ararat
Last Saturday, Ararat hosted a round of the Wimmera District 12 Championships with St Arnaud swimmers all performing well.
St Arnaud's Heidi Start during the 400m freestyle.
Young star, Heidi Start, won 10 of her 11 races, finishing runner-up in the other. Riley Burke also performed well, winning all four of the events he participated in.
Austin Lowe won his three events, while Declan Kay won two alongside Leanne Burke. Other winners on the day were Leo Kay, Lewis Lowe, Grace McNally, and Stacey Taylor.
St Arnaud also won three of their five relays.
Tomorrow, St Arnaud hosts the next meet in what is expected to be favourable weather conditions.
