New venture to rebuild Warrak playground

THE Warrak Recreation Reserve committee is calling on the community for support as it works to rebuild its playground and improve facilities for families, visitors and locals. The much-loved playground was recently decommissioned after it no longer met current safety standards. The loss has been felt widely, with the reserve regularly used by families, campers, car clubs and travellers passing through the close-knit community. With just six weeks to raise funds, the committee says the pressure is on.
