Deep Lead harness racing trainer Marnie Bibby is proof that passion, discipline, and resilience can coexist with even the busiest of schedules. While working full-time as a nurse and recently stepping into the role of president at the Stawell Harness Racing Club, Bibby has quietly built an impressive training career, surpassing 100 winners along the way.
